Free Class - Starting Your Healing Journey: Foundations of Betrayal Trauma Recovery

This completely free 6-week class is for women whose husbands have engaged in any form of hidden sexual behavior, including any form of infidelity, pornography use, sexual addiction, or others. It will provide foundational tools to help begin the healing process. Participants will gain validation, clarity, and practical tools to support their journey toward healing, all within a safe and supportive environment. Participants have the option to remain anonymous to each other throughout the class. However, please use a valid email address to register so that I can communicate with you about any changes to the schedule (this will not be shared with any other participants).

I would love to do a brief free consulation call before the 6 week group with each participant individually so that I can get to know you a little bit and what you're looking for in the class so I can meet your needs the best I can. For those choosing to be anonymous to other participants, it would be great to select a screen name that you use consistently throughout the class so that I know who you are which will help me in responding to your questions.

NOTES FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS:

If desired, you can remain anonymous to other participants by keeping your camera off, changing your display name, and communicating only through chat.

To change your display name on Zoom before joining, you can open Zoom and log in, then look for your initials in the upper right hand corner, click there, then hover over your name and click "my profile". This should take you to a webpage where you can change your display name. (You can also rename yourself easily once you enter the meeting, but people may see your name before you're able to change it.)
